Responsibilities include developing integrations, applications, APIs, data pipelines, and reusable infrastructure; collaborating across engineering, product, sales, and customer teams; supporting implementation and adoption; and translating recurring customer needs into product insights. The role requires strong software engineering, problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and customer-facing skills.

Design, build, and operate scalable cloud and production infrastructure for venture-backed technology companies. Responsibilities include improving reliability and performance, developing internal platforms, maintaining CI/CD and observability systems, automating infrastructure provisioning, and partnering with engineering and security teams to solve scaling challenges.
