Build and manage relationships with family offices and high-net-worth investors. Responsibilities include qualifying allocators, preparing investor briefs, supporting live fundraising mandates, conducting follow-ups, sourcing new investor conversations, and growing an independent investor book. The role emphasizes discretion, relationship development, direct startup investment knowledge, and effective use of AI tools. It is fully remote and async, with some overlap with US Eastern time.

Own Pairs’ brand strategy, positioning, voice, visual identity, content, newsletters, reports, social channels, video production, sponsorships, retargeting, and SEO. Write and publish content, direct and edit founder and investor story shoots, structure content for AI answer engines and journalists, measure share of voice and inbound performance, and manage and develop VC Content Interns. This is a hands-on player-coach role reporting to the co-founders.

Research venture-backed companies, sectors, and investors; assess market timing, deal fit, and investment risks; and communicate findings through clear memos, articles, newsletters, and social content. The intern will write for family offices, founders, and investors, work directly with the co-founders, apply sound judgment when using AI, and may grow into a full-time role.

Research and write high-quality content about venture capital markets, funding rounds, funds, investors, portfolio companies, and company investments. Own longer blog posts and investment-related articles, while collaborating with the Head of Brand on publishing, scheduling, and distribution across LinkedIn, the blog, newsletters, and X. The role is remote, async, and designed to develop into a VC analyst and content position.
