Establish scalable GTM processes, tools, metrics, and operating rhythms while partnering closely with the founder and technical teams.

Lead the definition, design, prototyping, and launch of a production AI trust platform MVP. Translate complex technical concepts into requirements, workflows, interfaces, prototypes, and execution plans. Drive ambiguous initiatives from concept through launch, collaborate deeply with engineering and architects, engage customers and design partners, and support demos, presentations, marketing content, and early adoption.

Build and operate production-grade software, distributed systems, and infrastructure across public cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. Shape platform architecture, prototype emerging technologies, support early customers, and establish engineering standards in a 0-to-1 AI startup. The role requires strong Rust or C++ skills, cloud-native expertise, systems fundamentals, and ownership from concept through launch.

Build and operate AI, MLOps, and deployment pipelines across customer and internal environments. Lead technical integrations, prototypes, demos, and production deployments across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid systems. Debug complex infrastructure and application issues, gather customer requirements, translate field insights into product capabilities, and create technical content. Partner with customers, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Business Development while helping establish forward-deployed engineering standards.

Lead the architecture and hands-on development of a production AI platform across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. Own foundational technology decisions, build highly available distributed systems, translate customer needs into platform capabilities, operate production software, and establish engineering standards while mentoring the growing team.
