Lead technical onboarding and API integrations for enterprise customers. Translate business requirements into technical specifications, develop and validate web-based solutions, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful projects. Contribute to Professional Services through documentation, process improvements, internal tools, and training programs.

Leads Narvar’s machine learning organization and roadmap across identity resolution, fraud and abuse detection, risk scoring, and consumer intelligence. Builds and manages a globally distributed ML team, establishes model development and evaluation standards, owns production performance and monitoring, and develops scalable ML infrastructure. Partners with product, engineering, security, customer success, and AI teams while managing data partnerships, technical tradeoffs, and executive communication.

Build and maintain consumer-facing full-stack products, with a primary focus on React-based frontend development and a secondary focus on backend services. Develop reusable UI components, APIs, microservice integrations, and cloud infrastructure using technologies including JavaScript, Node.js, Golang, GCP, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Spanner, and BigQuery. Collaborate with product and design teams, uphold architecture and code quality standards, deploy solutions through CI/CD, and mentor other engineers.
