Leads finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, controls, cash and debt management for a real estate portfolio. Oversees finance staff and coordinates payroll, benefits, HR administration, property reporting, tax requirements, lender relationships, acquisitions support, and process improvement. Partners with property management and ownership to provide accurate financial analysis and decision support.

Support the President through complex calendar and meeting coordination, travel arrangements, preparation of reports and leadership materials, and executive and personal assistance. Manage confidential information, anticipate needs, coordinate priorities across the business, and help maintain smooth leadership operations. The role requires sound judgment, discretion, strong organization, flexibility outside standard hours, and occasional driving to sites throughout the Lower Mainland.
