Lead the Network Operations team in modernizing Marqeta's infrastructure from traditional data centers to a cloud-native architecture, ensuring 99.999% uptime. Oversee cloud networking, team management, automation initiatives, and corporate network infrastructure. Negotiate vendor contracts and ensure reliable connectivity across all locations.

Support the Senior Compliance Manager by driving consumer compliance for marketing and product campaigns (UDAP/UDAAP, advertising rules), advising cross-functional teams, monitoring US/Canada consumer finance regulations, assisting regulatory responses, maintaining banking partner relationships, and managing a small compliance team.

Lead the enterprise AI and automation product strategy, governance, and adoption for internal platforms. Prioritize use cases, run pilots, evaluate vendors, define FRD/TRD, manage backlog and delivery, oversee QA/UAT and deployments, and drive change management and measurement to ensure measurable business value and compliance in a regulated fintech environment.

Lead the design and execution of Marqeta's Identity Platform, managing systems for KYC compliance, team mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.
