Lead and scale a Value Consulting practice to quantify and prove MaintainX business value for enterprise customers. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Finance to build ROI and TCO models, drive executive-level business cases, operationalize value realization, standardize success metrics, and influence product and go-to-market messaging. Hire and mentor a team of Value Consultants and support enterprise sales and expansion.

Design, build, and operate scalable public REST APIs and integration foundations. Implement platform standards (auth, rate limiting, versioning), large-scale batch/bulk sync, CI/CD, testing and monitoring. Produce SDKs and developer docs, support integrations/marketplace, ensure security, auditability, and production ownership (on-call, incident response, performance/SLOs).

Design, build, and operate public-facing REST APIs and integration platform components. Implement platform standards (auth, rate limiting, versioning), bulk/batch sync, contract testing, CI/CD, SDKs, and integration marketplace workflows. Own production services end-to-end (monitoring, on-call, incident response) and improve reliability, performance, and developer experience for enterprise integrations.

Lead and grow a team of 5–6 product developers to deliver high-quality, reliable software. Partner with product and design, champion CI/CD, testing, observability, and provide visibility to leadership while hiring and mentoring engineers.

Build and operate platform infrastructure for AI development agents: isolated reproducible dev environments, agent orchestration and MCP server, secure integrations, OpenTelemetry-based observability, and CI/CD. Define standards, collaborate with Product and Platform teams, and drive adoption of agentic developer tooling across the company.

Partner with product and platform teams to improve reliability, observability, and developer autonomy. Design for reliability, establish standards, build shared tooling, mentor teams on SRE practices, and lead incident response and service health initiatives to scale platform resilience.
