Manage enterprise and public-sector accounts across Western Canada, driving new business, upselling, cross-selling, and quota attainment. Own lead management, sales pipelines, account plans, complex sales cycles, customer presentations, and technology demonstrations. Build relationships with decision-makers, channel partners, resellers, VARs, and system integrators while collaborating with sales engineering, alliances, distribution, and marketing teams. Travel for customer visits, conferences, and internal meetings.

Leads topline performance analysis, forecasting, annual planning, category P&L reviews, variance analysis, and financial modeling. Partners with category and commercial teams on pricing, promotions, product launches, investment decisions, and profitable growth. Consolidates and reconciles market inputs, improves reporting processes, analyzes promotion spend, and provides actionable insights to senior leadership and business partners.

Provide high-touch technical support for enterprise video conferencing and AV solutions. Troubleshoot complex issues across Logitech ecosystems and third-party apps (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet), manage customer expectations, escalate to engineering, produce knowledge-base content, and support hybrid enterprise deployments.
