Manage technical accounting for complex transactions, including revenue, stock-based compensation, leases, debt, capitalized software, and equity. Research and document accounting positions, own policies, implement new accounting standards, prepare journal-entry support and financial statement disclosures, and assist with proxy reporting and audits. Collaborate with Legal, FP&A, business teams, and auditors while ensuring compliance with US GAAP.

Own complex financial files, customer incentive programs, revenue adjustments, forecasting models, and KPI reporting. Design and evaluate deal desk incentives, analyze strategic initiatives, support accounting close processes, and provide financial insights for leadership. The role partners cross-functionally with sales, accounting, analytics, and corporate FP&A while improving financial models, tracking performance, and presenting business drivers through clear analysis and data visualization.

Own recurring commercial revenue reporting, variance analysis, executive and Board materials, sales target-setting, commission reviews, and ad hoc financial analyses. Partner with Revenue, Sales Operations, and GTM teams to explain business performance and support in-quarter decisions. Maintain and improve reporting infrastructure, ensure data accuracy, and independently prioritize deliverables for commercial leadership.
