Partner with Legal and Communications to ensure accurate, compliant messaging across regions.

Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team building growth-critical platforms, AI-driven tools, automations, and user engagement systems. Partner with Product and Design to prioritize work, guide architecture, improve processes, and deliver reliable production features. The role combines people leadership with hands-on backend software development, technical decision-making, stakeholder communication, and team enablement across distributed time zones.

Build and operate Kraken’s internal AI platform, including governed integrations, authentication, internal tooling, evaluation systems, spend controls, identity and access controls, provisioning, vendor configuration, and policy enforcement. Provide technical enablement through documentation, deep dives, and office hours while supporting teams and administering the enterprise AI estate.

Own the product vision and roadmap for Kraken’s exchange infrastructure, including matching engines, custody, algorithmic trading, APIs, and core systems. Lead four to five product managers, consolidate multiple exchange engines, define performance and resiliency metrics, and coordinate migrations across product, engineering, risk, credit, and compliance teams. The role requires strong knowledge of exchange architecture, market structure, low-latency systems, platform strategy, and crypto markets, while remaining hands-on with roadmaps and specifications.

Owns paid static creative for Kraken across launches, campaigns, promotions, and always-on marketing. Develops platform-native static and motion ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X; produces AI-assisted imagery and video; versions assets across markets and languages; interprets performance data to improve creative; and collaborates with marketing, compliance, and regional teams to deliver approved, high-quality work.

Own engineering operations processes and tooling for the Consumer group. Administer Jira and Confluence, manage intake and triage, maintain roadmaps, produce delivery reporting, and ensure engineering metrics data quality. Use AI and automation to reduce manual work and improve developer productivity. Translate stakeholder requests into scoped solutions, document processes, and support scalable internal tools and workflows.

Own engagement and retention strategy across Kraken consumer products, including roadmap, retention, session frequency, and lifetime value metrics. Lead discovery through launch, develop growth loops, rewards, gamification, social features, and personalized experiences. Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Lifecycle, and business leaders to run experiments, segment users, optimize funnels, and drive repeat usage across mobile and web applications.

Build and scale Kraken Pro’s KOL and creator network across Spain and Iberia. Acquire trading users through influencer partnerships, manage creator relationships, promote derivatives products, set regional acquisition and CAC targets, resolve execution issues, and collaborate with growth, marketing, and compliance teams.

Own and scale the global affiliate program across Kraken and Krak, including partner strategy, investment allocation, commercial negotiations, attribution, cohort analysis, fraud controls, and retention-focused optimization. Build the consumer KOL and creator strategy, recruit and manage strategic partners, adapt programs across international markets, and collaborate with Data, Compliance, Product, Creative, and regional teams to drive sustainable customer growth and ROI.

Lead business operations for Kraken Pro by establishing operating rhythms, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, tracking KPIs, supporting executive decisions, managing reporting and roadmaps, triaging inbound requests, and improving operational efficiency. The role partners with product, engineering, compliance, legal, finance, and marketing teams to launch initiatives across trading and infrastructure products and enhance the product experience.

Lead a cross-functional team of frontend and backend engineers building scalable consumer experiences across mobile and client platforms. Own end-to-end UX delivery, partner with Product and Design, uphold engineering standards, improve usability and performance, mentor engineers, and strengthen agile delivery using metrics such as DORA and cycle time.

Own operations and launch readiness for regulated B2B2C platform products, including KYC/KYB, lending, and unified APIs. Lead cross-functional roadmap execution, regulated-entity operations, licensing workstreams, operational risk, incident management, audits, examinations, and board reporting. The Mobile UI/Design Engineer will enhance the Kraken app's UI with fluid, gesture-driven interactions in React Native, optimizing for performance and mentoring other engineers.

Supports global M&A, strategic investments, and venture portfolio management. Responsibilities include leading transaction diligence, maintaining data rooms, building financial models and valuation analyses, screening opportunities, tracking portfolio performance, forecasting deal-related cash obligations, and preparing executive and Board materials. Own the CRM and sales tooling strategy and roadmap for Kraken’s B2B sales organization. Prioritize competing stakeholder needs, define product requirements, improve CRM adoption and data quality, and coordinate Salesforce integrations and workflows across teams. Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and leadership to address systemic product, process, integration, and data challenges. The role requires strong Salesforce Sales Cloud fluency, B2B sales process knowledge, analytical judgment, and the ability to translate ambiguous requests into scalable solutions.

Define and execute Kraken’s hybridization and on-chain product strategy across Pro and Consumer products. Own roadmaps, cross-functional execution, ecosystem partnerships, product metrics, experimentation, and the full lifecycle from discovery through iteration. Simplify complex on-chain experiences for consumers while aligning Engineering, Design, Growth, Security, Operations, Legal, and external partners.

Design and specify automated paid-growth workflows, collaborate with engineers to implement agent-driven campaigns, QA agent outputs, refine AI-generated creative, and extend automation to CRO, incentives, referrals, and lifecycle growth functions.

The Senior AI Compute Infrastructure Engineer will manage and optimize GPU and accelerator clusters for AI workloads, collaborate with teams, and ensure reliable performance and cost efficiency.

Design and verify secure architectures across infrastructure, applications, blockchain, Rust, and AI projects. Perform in-depth security assessments and audits, recommend mitigations, and embed with engineering teams to improve security posture and operational practices.
