Leads enterprise-scale technical programs across data engineering, ML engineering, applied AI, product, security, and infrastructure teams. Defines execution plans, milestones, dependencies, governance, and measurable outcomes while managing technical risks and cross-functional alignment. Provides executive reporting, improves delivery predictability, and drives resolution of complex issues involving data quality, model readiness, pipeline reliability, and infrastructure dependencies. Partners with senior leaders on prioritization, architecture, trade-offs, and AI platform strategy.

Lead multi-year product vision and roadmap for IT management and cybersecurity SaaS products. Drive market analysis, customer engagement, and cross-functional execution across Engineering, Architecture, Sales, and Marketing. Define requirements, prioritize initiatives, establish KPIs, influence executives, support go-to-market, and mentor other Product Managers to deliver scalable, secure solutions that increase customer adoption and business impact.

Lead the design and delivery of SaaS products powered by data, ML, and AI, collaborating across backend, systems, and cloud infrastructure. Drive architecture evolution, ensure operability and performance, and mentor engineering teams.

Creates digital, print, event, social media, web, advertising, keynote, and branding assets that support Kaseya’s marketing and business goals. Collaborates with marketing, product, events, senior creatives, and stakeholders; maintains brand consistency; solves visual communication challenges; ensures quality and attention to detail; and applies current design trends and tools across multiple projects.
