Process end-to-end payroll and benefits for Canadian, U.S., and future international employees, including shift-based workforces. Maintain and audit Dayforce data, resolve payroll system issues, reconcile payroll and benefits to the general ledger, complete compliance filings and accounting entries, support year-end reporting and audits, and answer employee inquiries. Partner with Talent on employee changes and maintain accurate confidential records.

The Senior Accountant supports accounting operations, financial close, financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, fixed assets, inventory, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A analysis. The role prepares reconciliations and audit schedules, reviews journal entries, analyzes variances, ensures accounting-policy compliance, and contributes to process improvements. It is a hybrid position in Burnaby, BC, with opportunities to grow within the Finance department.
