Perform installation, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and emergency power infrastructure in an industrial facility. Inspect systems for hazards and code compliance, interpret schematics, maintain records, and develop maintenance procedures. Monitor related HVAC, refrigeration, boiler, pump, and motor systems. Coordinate external electrical contractors and ensure work meets Canadian Electrical Code and safety requirements.

Oversee mechanical, electrical, building management, and life safety systems at Guildford Town Centre. Responsibilities include scheduling and implementing maintenance programs, supporting energy-saving initiatives, supervising mechanical staff and contractors, managing budgets and purchase orders, coordinating commissioning, communicating with tenants, and reviewing tenant drawings. This is a full-time onsite supervisory role in Surrey, BC.

Manage multiple capital and tenant improvement projects from inception through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, procurement, and client expectations are met. Coordinate owners, consultants, contractors, suppliers, landlords, and other stakeholders; oversee project controls, financial performance, risk mitigation, reporting, meetings, and issue resolution. Lead and mentor project teams, cultivate client relationships, and support business development and new project pursuits. Travel may be required throughout Western Canada.
