Owns end-to-end payroll operations for employees across Canada and the United States using ADP. Responsibilities include processing varied compensation types, calculating piece-rate pay and commissions, reconciling payroll to the general ledger, preparing journal entries, supporting audits, maintaining payroll data, ensuring multi-jurisdiction compliance, handling year-end filings, and improving payroll processes as the company expands.

Coordinate end-to-end heat pump installation projects from estimates through post-installation follow-up. Responsibilities include tracking prospects and installations, managing permits and inspections, scheduling activities, coordinating warehouse and installation teams, allocating equipment and personnel, documenting processes, supporting business-system configuration, creating training materials, and monitoring service quality.

Own Jetson’s organic social strategy, content, calendars, community management, channel launches, UGC programs, creator partnerships, and performance reporting. Develop platform-native content, monitor online culture and homeowner communities, direct shoots and edits, and use analytics to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion. Collaborate with brand, growth, and customer teams to align social activity with broader marketing goals.

Own Jetson’s post-lead, pre-sale lifecycle marketing strategy. Build and optimize nurture programs across email, SMS, and other channels; manage HubSpot segmentation, workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and attribution; localize campaigns across geographies; partner with sales on enablement and feedback; and analyze funnel performance to improve conversion, velocity, pipeline quality, and sales readiness.

Build and deploy AI agents, integrations, automations, dashboards, and internal tools for Jetson’s supply chain teams. Embed with procurement, planning, and warehouse stakeholders to understand workflows, improve system connectivity, automate purchasing and inventory processes, and provide real-time operational visibility. The role also involves scoping requirements, driving adoption, and generalizing successful solutions into a reusable internal engineering platform.

Lead end-to-end controllership across US and Canadian entities, including consolidated close, US GAAP reporting, technical accounting, tax, internal controls, audits, treasury, and financial systems. Build and develop the accounting organization, optimize NetSuite, oversee cross-border compliance, and partner with the CFO on fundraising, M&A, board reporting, forecasting, and strategic diligence.

Build and deploy AI agents, integrations, automations, dashboards, and internal tools for Jetson’s Finance team. Embed with accounting, FP&A, and leadership stakeholders to understand workflows, scope solutions, and drive adoption. Connect NetSuite, spreadsheets, and the data platform while improving close, reporting, reconciliation, and planning processes. Generalize successful solutions into Jetson’s shared internal engineering platform.

Drive consumer sales of home electrification solutions by managing high-volume prospects from qualification through closing. Prepare heat pump quotes with heat and electrical load verification, explain upgrade options and rebate eligibility, track sales KPIs, and optimize outreach and pipeline strategies to meet monthly targets. The role requires strong phone, email, and SMS communication, CRM proficiency, technical curiosity, flexibility for varied shifts, and collaboration in a fast-paced startup environment.

Own Jetson’s marketing data lake end to end, including source integrations, dbt medallion models, data quality, attribution, experimentation infrastructure, LTV and ROI models, Metabase dashboards, and analytics for marketing and growth teams. The role combines hands-on data engineering with measurement and strategic analysis across paid, organic, direct mail, CTV, partnerships, and offline channels.

Follow up with high-volume inbound leads, engage prospects by phone, email, and SMS, and move them through the sales funnel. Develop and refine sales strategies across direct, partnership, digital, and other channels. Track performance metrics, report results, conduct market research, and maintain strong customer relationships while meeting sales targets.

Design residential heat pump and home electrification installations from signed contracts through permitting. Conduct virtual site walkthroughs, heating and cooling load calculations, electrical load calculations, and capacity assessments. Create installation and site plans, coordinate customer approvals, prepare permit and HOA or Strata packages, and keep Customer Success, project coordination, and operations teams aligned. Track project information in the CRM while ensuring installations are accurately planned for one-day completion.

Owns end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, channel coordination, HubSpot infrastructure, analytics, competitor research, and performance reporting. The role builds launch playbooks, automates workflows, aligns product and sales teams, and tracks pipeline, revenue, channel performance, and adoption across products and geographies.
