The role also communicates underwriting and product changes, provides training, and builds relationships with brokers, customers, distribution teams, and internal stakeholders to identify growth and profitability opportunities.

Lead security engineering strategy and technical roadmaps, advise on complex security decisions, drive cross-team collaboration, mentor security specialists, and evolve security controls by monitoring threats and industry trends to ensure secure-by-design delivery at scale.

Design and develop bilingual e-learning for specialty-lines insurance: create storyboards, modules and assessments; integrate multimedia in Storyline/Rise; edit audio/video; use generative AI; manage projects and translate/revise English↔French content.

Handle complex multi-line specialty claims (E&O, D&O, Crime, Cyber) from assessment through resolution. Determine coverage and reserves, retain counsel, negotiate settlements, attend conferences/trials, mentor regional handlers, train colleagues, collaborate with underwriting, monitor KPIs, control loss development and expenses, and support continuous improvement.
