Represents HCI in Vancouver by building community relationships, increasing brand awareness, engaging donors, and raising funds. Develops fundraising campaigns, manages donor data, plans events, coordinates volunteers, supports youth initiatives, prepares grant proposals, and cultivates partnerships with donors, educational institutions, foundations, NGOs, and community organizations. The role requires occasional travel and evening or weekend work.

Leads organizational marketing and communications strategy, brand management, digital campaigns, content development, media relations, fundraising promotion, event marketing, vendor coordination, budgeting, and performance reporting. The role manages stakeholder engagement and ensures consistent messaging across communication channels while using analytics to improve awareness, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
