Inside Sales Representative generates and follows up on leads, makes cold calls, researches prospects, maintains sales records, answers customer inquiries, negotiates and closes sales, and meets sales quotas. The role supports Account Executives, updates contracts and pricing, resolves customer issues, demonstrates shipping services, and maintains customer relationships. Work is primarily office-based using phone, email, video chat, and business systems, with possible local sales calls and periodic training travel.
