Responsibilities include ticket triage, hardware and software troubleshooting, user onboarding and offboarding, account and access administration, device deployment and asset tracking, meeting-room AV support, POS and network troubleshooting, endpoint security compliance, and escalation of complex infrastructure or security issues.

Manage customer accounts receivable, including credit assessments, new account setup, collections, payment application, reconciliation, chargeback support, and aging maintenance. The role collaborates with Sales, Operations, senior accounting staff, customers, and sales representatives while maintaining accurate records and resolving delinquent or disputed accounts.
