Lead discovery, definition, and delivery of product initiatives for SiteDocs. Conduct customer discovery, write product requirements and user stories, prioritize backlogs, support sprint planning, and measure product performance to drive continuous improvement and successful SaaS feature launches.

Support Account Managers by translating customer needs into technical requirements and building tailored proofs of concept, forms, workflows, dashboards, reports and automations. Lead technical discovery, validate feasibility, identify risks, triage complex requests, and de-escalate sensitive customer situations to ensure successful sales and implementations.

Manage enterprise customer implementations to drive adoption and value realization. Lead onboarding, training webinars, in-person implementations when needed, and Zendesk support for assigned customers. Collaborate with Account Managers and Technical Specialists to ensure renewals and identify upsell opportunities. Track activities in CRM, collect product feedback, and contribute to process improvements and special projects.
