Build and operate reliable backend systems for complex government and enterprise data integrations. Own the company’s operating cadence, including management meetings, OKR and metrics tracking, board and investor reporting, risk registers, compliance calendars, and contract operations. Review standard agreements, route complex matters to counsel, maintain repositories and obligation trackers, and manage vendor onboarding and corporate records in Carta. Support strategic leadership projects, company gatherings, and decision follow-through across a remote SaaS organization.

Lead assessment, redesign, and hands-on implementation of data pipelines, ML workflows, and platform infrastructure. Produce prioritized system designs, harden production pipelines, improve observability, reliability, and data quality, and mentor the data team.
