As a Senior Product Manager at Fluxon, you will drive strategy, establish product vision, communicate with stakeholders, and lead product development cycles.

Manage core People Ops processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, offboarding). Serve as a primary employee contact, support people programs and performance cycles, process bi-weekly payroll and 401(k) contributions, and assist with compliance (I-9s, state registrations, leave paperwork). Execute projects, improve HR programs, and collaborate cross-functionally in a remote North America role.

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll shape impactful experiences, collaborating with stakeholders and development teams, conducting user analysis, and staying current with design trends.
