Leads a global IT infrastructure and operations function, managing 25+ direct and indirect reports. Defines infrastructure strategy, oversees cloud, network, server, telecommunications, and enterprise environments, and drives security, optimization, incident management, projects, vendor relationships, budgets, and service performance. Partners with executives and business stakeholders on risk management, technology solutions, modernization, and organizational transformation across complex multi-site operations.

Oversee company-wide costing systems and product costs, including material, labor, and overhead allocation. Prepare cost-per-unit and variance reports, review manufacturing plant financial statements, update global costs, verify transfer pricing, and support costing-related system integration projects. The role requires strong cost accounting, manufacturing, inventory, ERP/MRP, Excel, Power BI, and Power Query expertise, along with a relevant bachelor’s degree and CPA or CMA certification progress.

Administer and continuously improve endpoint management platforms across Windows and macOS devices. Configure endpoint policies, applications, agents, device settings, software distribution, operating system deployment, provisioning, patching, and compliance controls. Partner with cybersecurity and service desk teams to resolve complex issues. Support endpoint projects, automation, reporting, documentation, testing, and operational transitions.

Leads procurement category strategies, supplier sourcing and negotiations, contract management, and Source-to-Pay processes. Drives cost improvements, evaluates suppliers and materials, mitigates supply risks, monitors performance, and supports cGMP/SOP compliance. Collaborates cross-functionally on material qualification and continuous improvement while applying analytics, project management, ERP, MRP, BOM, and Excel expertise.
