Jobs at ERM

Support hydrogeological investigations at mining sites through field data collection, groundwater monitoring and sampling, hydraulic testing, well installation oversight, data management, and technical reporting. Participate in extended remote field rotations, contribute to conceptual site models, support project planning and health & safety plans, and work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure regulatory compliance and risk-informed decision-making.

Conduct hydrologic and water quality data analysis, watershed assessments, field investigations, water sampling, streamflow measurements, hydrometric surveys, and instrumentation activities. Draft technical reports and environmental assessment documentation, complete data and literature reviews, and support regulatory and monitoring projects. Collaborate with multidisciplinary environmental specialists while meeting project scope, schedule, budget, quality, health, safety, and scientific standards.
