The CEO provides strategic leadership, organizational direction, governance oversight, financial stewardship, and executive accountability. The role builds relationships with First Nations communities, governments, funders, justice-sector partners, and Indigenous organizations; reports to the Justice Council; supports resource allocation and risk management; and leads the organization through complex change while ensuring culturally safe, trauma-informed practices and alignment with Indigenous governance, laws, and protocols.
