Leads the sales operations function, including forecasting, budgeting, quota allocation, compensation administration, CRM optimization, pipeline analysis, KPI reporting, and dashboard development. Builds and manages a high-performing team, improves sales processes, supports regional Sales VPs and quarterly business reviews, partners cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Marketing, and Product, and drives sales enablement, training, and AI-forward analytical practices.

Provides first-line technical support for Duck Creek applications, including incident response, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, log review, patching, and deployment assistance. Documents incidents and resolutions, escalates complex issues, collaborates with development and infrastructure teams, supports SLA compliance, and identifies recurring issues and system improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of application support or IT operations experience.

Owns the strategy and roadmap for Duck Creek’s billing product domain, including invoicing, payments, collections, commissions, disbursements, reconciliation, and automation. Partners with engineering, architecture, data, finance, sales, and customers to deliver configurable, scalable, compliant, and explainable billing capabilities. Leads discovery, prioritization, AI-enabled decision support, governance, adoption, and financial outcomes for insurance billing workflows.
