Coordinates container yard operations by monitoring budgets, productivity targets, and daily KPIs. Supports annual budgeting and staffing plans, addresses policy breaches, resolves operational customer issues, and maintains positive labor workforce relationships. The role requires strong organization, planning, analytical, communication, and computer skills, along with flexibility for changing shifts.
