The GIS Analyst supports multidisciplinary projects through GIS data management, spatial analysis, visualization, web GIS architecture, application development, automated reporting, and technical systems improvement. Responsibilities include maintaining ArcGIS platforms, developing mobile and web applications, testing and optimizing GIS tools, researching software solutions, and applying programming, ETL, database, statistical, and machine learning techniques. The role also requires technical reporting, collaboration, quality assurance, and ongoing professional development.

Leads complex, multidisciplinary consulting projects from proposal through completion, managing scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, financial performance, client communications, and project teams. Supports buy-side mergers and acquisitions across target sourcing, financial valuation and modeling, due diligence, deal structuring, and post-merger integration. It also contributes to continuous improvement, AI-enabled workflow modernization, professional development, and clear presentation of complex financial information.

Leads Indigenous rights, Aboriginal and Treaty Rights, cultural impact, consultation, and engagement assessments. Advises project teams and clients on the Duty to Consult, Indigenous Knowledge, legal and legislative frameworks, and culturally appropriate practices. Manages projects, reports, stakeholder engagement, workshops, business development, and junior staff mentorship across environmental, infrastructure, and planning initiatives. Travel across Canada is required as needed.
