Manages projects, reports, stakeholder engagement, workshops, business development, and junior staff mentorship across environmental, infrastructure, and planning initiatives. Travel across Canada is required as needed.

Leads Dillon’s Indigenous Rights and Consultation discipline by setting technical direction, improving quality and service delivery, driving innovation, developing high-performing teams, strengthening client and stakeholder relationships, managing risk, and achieving financial and growth targets. The role supports consultation, Indigenous relations, Indigenous Knowledge integration, rights assessments, jurisdictional planning, and reconciliation initiatives across infrastructure and environmental projects.

Leads complex, multidisciplinary consulting projects from proposal through completion, managing scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, client communications, and project teams. Supports troubled or high-risk projects through root cause analysis, corrective actions, financial intervention, and scope management. Coaches project managers, improves project delivery processes, and builds project management capabilities across the organization.
