Own provider activation and growth outcomes for a healthcare technology platform. Lead the activation team, including sales development and growth marketing, while setting goals, managing budgets and hiring, optimizing outreach channels, and improving provider response and prior authorization submission rates. Partner with product, engineering, pharmacies, hubs, and pharmaceutical sponsors to prioritize tooling, evaluate vendors, and scale effective operations.

Manage and grow an outbound calling team contacting provider offices about prior authorizations. Hire, train, coach, schedule, and monitor callers; own capacity, speed, reach, response, and conversion metrics; improve scripts and workflows; make calls; and partner with engineering to enhance the calling tool. The role requires strong phone skills, quantitative fluency, process-building ability, and experience managing outbound calling teams.

Build and own full-stack healthcare products from problem definition through production validation. Develop Python services and APIs, TypeScript and React interfaces, integrations, data models, and AI-powered workflows. Collaborate with product, AI, operations, and users to shape solutions, establish success metrics, ensure testing and observability, scale architecture, and mentor engineers.

Own defined product workflows for benefit verification and prior authorization, working directly with engineers to prototype, ship, and measure AI-driven improvements. Speak with clinical teams and customers to translate pain points into lightweight requirements, evaluate model outputs, and improve human-in-the-loop AI workflows. Become a domain expert in EHRs, payer portals, PBM formularies, and NCPDP standards to drive adoption and impact.
