Provide strategic direction, oversee media placements, mentor team members, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage account profitability and contracts, and ensure timely communication of account status and client perspectives. Drive data-informed planning using syndicated and proprietary insights and collaborate with buying and agency leadership to deliver integrated 360° media strategies.

Lead SEO strategy and execution across client accounts, conduct technical and content audits, define measurement frameworks, analyze data from multiple SEO tools, create prioritized recommendations, manage delivery and QA, mentor junior consultants, and support account growth and internal SEO practice improvements.

The role involves moderating and responding to social media comments, creating engaging content, and ensuring community safety and alignment with client guidelines.

Moderate and engage with client social channels using brand voice, write engaging content to drive conversations, ensure community safety and guideline alignment, escalate issues or trends, and learn client strategy and tone to represent brands across shifts including evenings and weekends.

Moderate and respond to comments across client social channels in English and French, write engaging content, maintain safe respectful communities, escalate issues and trends, and develop strong understanding of client brand voice and audience. Work requires shift flexibility and collaboration with global teams.
