Provide U.S. tax compliance and planning support for individuals and corporations, assist with multi-state filings and audits, research U.S. tax law, respond to CRA/IRS inquiries, identify tax risks and planning opportunities, and support managers and partners while progressing toward CPA designation.

The Senior Legal Counsel will provide legal advice, manage compliance, handle contracts and disputes, and support firm governance and strategic growth.

Provide high-level administrative and client service support to Partners: manage calendars, communications, travel and expenses; prepare client deliverables; support billing/WIP and engagement administration; maintain filing systems and coordinate workflows to ensure timely, accurate practice operations.

Provide frontline IT support: triage tickets, troubleshoot hardware/software and network issues, assist with device setup and maintenance, apply updates and backups, document procedures, and support IT projects and initiatives.

The Senior Accountant will lead audit engagements, prepare audit documentation, resolve accounting issues, advise clients, and mentor junior staff.

Manage end-to-end client engagements in public company audit, leading teams while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and client satisfaction.
