Lead and own Commure's full talent function: build and manage a high-performing global recruiting team, define hiring strategy and processes, drive employer brand and candidate experience, implement scalable ATS and tooling, deliver recruiting analytics, and personally lead senior strategic searches across engineering, clinical, and GTM functions.

Manage day-to-day operations for 12+ client accounts (~$1M+ ARR), drive operational metrics and client growth, resolve escalations, standardize processes, collaborate cross-functionally, and support scaling of onboarding and RCM operations. Travel ~10-20%.

Own client implementation and account lifecycle for complex healthcare customers: manage end-to-end onboarding, act as primary contact for largest accounts, drive operational metrics and process improvements, mentor junior team members, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale operations and reporting.

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you'll design and develop healthcare AI applications, architect scalable solutions, collaborate with teams, and optimize performance.
