Lead the mobile delivery roadmap, mentor engineers, and improve CI/CD practices for Android and iOS applications. Design and maintain automated build, testing, signing, and release pipelines; manage certificates, provisioning profiles, keystores, secrets, versioning, and app-store deployment. Troubleshoot mobile delivery issues while improving reliability, security, monitoring, performance, and developer experience. Collaborate with mobile engineering, QA, security, and product teams on scalable delivery practices and broader mobile initiatives.

Lead global R&D to define technical strategy and roadmaps, prioritize AI-driven modernization, manage engineering and test teams, oversee AI/ML model validation in regulated clinical environments, own R&D budgeting and vendor partnerships, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence and ethical AI adoption to improve clinical trial outcomes.
