Leads and mentors a software engineering team while remaining hands-on in backend and frontend development. Owns delivery planning, sprint execution, release management, architecture, code quality, production reliability, incident response, and AWS-based systems. Collaborates with Product and stakeholders on roadmaps and requirements, contributes production code, and drives Agile/Scrum practices, CI/CD, integrations, and scalable B2B SaaS solutions for fleet management.

Develop and maintain full-stack applications, backend services, APIs, integrations, and internal tools while managing AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, containers, databases, observability, and automation. The role requires production troubleshooting, security and reliability improvements, developer workflow enhancements, and collaboration across Product, QA, DevOps, Customer Support, and Development teams. The developer will use Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, React, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and modern monitoring tools to deliver scalable cloud-platform solutions.
