Maintain financial records in QuickBooks Online, coordinate with external CPAs, analyze performance, recommend efficiency improvements, and support scalable cross-functional processes. The role provides financial leadership and ensures accurate, compliant reporting.

Provide customer support, resolve client questions, research and approve potential clients, process documents, train new users on software, and maintain proprietary production-information databases. The role is fully remote but limited to candidates based in British Columbia, Canada. Familiarity with the entertainment industry and casting process is beneficial.
