Conduct user research and usability testing, create prototypes and interaction specifications, evolve the design system, and collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, analysts, and technical writers. Influence product roadmaps by presenting design rationale and developing scalable, intuitive enterprise SaaS experiences.

Operate and scale high-throughput NGINX and Kubernetes ingress infrastructure supporting Ruby on Rails and Go API services. Partner with product engineering teams on resilient architectures, SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, systems design, and capacity planning. Participate in PagerDuty on-call rotations, lead incident response and blameless retrospectives, improve runbooks, and automate production operations for reliability and availability.
