Develop and execute marketing and communications strategies to strengthen BLG's talent brand, support EDI, and promote alumni, community and ESG programs. Produce inclusive content for social and digital channels, coordinate recruitment communications and events, manage EDI calendar, collaborate with Talent/BD/regional teams, monitor performance, and lead content for regional office digital screens.

Lead and manage high-stakes RFPs and proposals from intake to submission, producing persuasive, client-centered content. Coordinate stakeholders, create timelines, implement agile proposal processes, track wins/losses, and report outcomes. Provide strategic writing, refine multi-contributor content, and collaborate with creative teams to deliver high-quality submissions under tight deadlines.

Provide paralegal support to a national Corporate team: draft and review corporate transaction documents, assist closings, analyze charter records for compliance, research statutes and procedures, and maintain corporate files and database records.

Provide administrative and operational support for eBilling: set up clients and matters in Intapp, ensure compliance with billing guidelines, monitor eBilling mailbox, submit platform fees in Chrome River, coordinate with practice assistants and eBilling coordinators, and support team efficiency and access management.
