Advise on federal and state consumer and commercial lending law and bank partnership arrangements. Serve as subject-matter expert on Reg Z/Reg B, fair lending, and licensing; lead cross-functional regulatory issue resolution; counsel senior business, product, compliance, and bank partners; analyze regulatory changes and inform product development from concept through launch.

Lead design and operation of Block's real-time, event-driven data systems. Build and run high-throughput streaming pipelines, turn Kafka event streams into low-latency data products, improve reliability and observability, mentor engineers, and define platform architecture and standards for projections, third-party data proxy, and graph data capabilities.

Partner with Talent Acquisition and People teams to design and deliver People-platform integrations, data services, and AI-enabled automations. Build reusable integrations and platform patterns (Workday, Greenhouse), evaluate vendors, prototype AI solutions, and steward platform operations, governance, and security to scale People technology across the organization.

Lead and scale Block's Product Sales organization to accelerate adoption of strategic products. Own commercial strategy, operating model, territory planning, forecasting, and performance metrics. Partner with AEs, AMs, Product, Rev Ops, Marketing, and Enablement to drive product adoption, expansion, pricing, launches, and executive customer engagements. Lead North American Mid-Market Sales to drive revenue for Cash App and Afterpay. Manage and coach a team of account executives, negotiate complex commercial deals, build cross-functional partnerships, shape go-to-market and portfolio strategy, represent the business to merchants, and advocate merchant feedback internally. Own revenue outcomes, team development, and scalable sales processes.

Lead Square's trade show and industry event program for retail and food & beverage: own Tier 1 trade show strategy, end-to-end booth design and production, vendor and budget management, ROI tracking, sponsorship negotiation, lead capture processes with sales, inventory and logistics, and cross-functional collaboration. Travel up to 25% to execute national events and evaluate new opportunities.

Field-based Territory Account Executive who builds pipeline and partnerships, conducts 50–60 targeted weekly visits, demos and closes Square products, manages pipeline in Salesforce, and consistently exceeds quota.

Develop and maintain ATE test programs and screening strategies, perform PVT characterization and DOE, analyze wafer/package/ system data to improve correlation, yield, and system performance, and collaborate with foundry, OSAT, design, firmware, and manufacturing partners to implement corrective actions and production-ready processes.
