Manage and coach a team of account executives, negotiate complex commercial deals, build cross-functional partnerships, shape go-to-market and portfolio strategy, represent the business to merchants, and advocate merchant feedback internally. Own revenue outcomes, team development, and scalable sales processes.

Lead Square's trade show and industry event program for retail and food & beverage: own Tier 1 trade show strategy, end-to-end booth design and production, vendor and budget management, ROI tracking, sponsorship negotiation, lead capture processes with sales, inventory and logistics, and cross-functional collaboration. Travel up to 25% to execute national events and evaluate new opportunities.

The Software Engineer will enhance Lending products for Cash App, focusing on building complex systems, APIs, and collaborating with multiple teams to support economic empowerment through accessible credit.

Lead end-to-end delivery of high-priority revenue programs, coordinating Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Operations. Drive launch readiness for products and partnerships, establish governance and operating cadences, create repeatable launch frameworks and executive communications, and continuously improve cross-functional execution.

The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will enhance reliability of Block's platform, improve incident response using AI tools, and coordinate incident management. Responsibilities include building reliable systems, standardizing tools, and leading high-severity incidents during on-call rotations.

Design, build, and operate production ML decision systems to detect and prevent payment fraud, account takeover, scams, and other abuse. Integrate diverse signals into low-latency serving and batch scoring, own feature pipelines and model lifecycle, develop AI-assisted triage and feedback loops, and partner cross-functionally to balance fraud reduction with legitimate customer access.

Drive post-silicon bring-up, characterization, qualification, and productization of advanced-node bitcoin mining ASICs from first silicon to mass production. Develop and maintain ATE test programs and screening strategies, perform PVT characterization and DOE, analyze wafer/package/ system data to improve correlation, yield, and system performance, and collaborate with foundry, OSAT, design, firmware, and manufacturing partners to implement corrective actions and production-ready processes.

The Senior Solutions Engineer will collaborate with Sales and Account Management to support seller integrations, advise on suitable Square solutions, and offer ongoing support to strategic sellers and partners.

Design, build, and operate production ML systems that generate trusted signals for ranking, retrieval, recommendations, propensity/churn/LTV, and next-best-action decisioning. Define signal/data contracts, own feature and candidate generation through serving, experimentation, monitoring, and feedback loops, and evaluate long-term business impact, trust, fairness, and compliance. Partner across product, data, modeling, risk, and compliance and apply AI/agents to accelerate engineering and operations.

The Senior Technical Account Manager will enhance post-sales support, manage merchant relationships, and ensure integration successes using technical skills to drive growth for Cash App Pay and Afterpay.

Lead architecture and scaling of finance systems across Oracle Fusion and integrations. Drive AI-assisted development, design data models, build integrations (SQL/PLSQL, REST/SOAP), automate financial workflows, and translate accounting requirements into scalable technical solutions while partnering with business and data teams.

Design and maintain data architecture and pipelines to support compliance and risk teams. Build and optimize data models, standardize metrics, and create data dictionaries. Implement data quality, lineage monitoring, AI-driven agents for false-positive reduction and automation, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure SLAs are met.

Lead and develop a remote mid-market sales team of Account Executives to drive revenue. Hire, train, and coach AEs; enforce KPI-driven execution, forecasting, and pipeline management; run pipeline and forecast reviews; evolve sales strategy and processes; participate in client/prospect meetings and use customer feedback to improve products.
