Assists with corporate tax compliance, including preparation and review of tax returns, GST/HST filings, tax provisions, financial statement disclosures, tax instalments, and audit responses. Coordinates information with accounting teams and business units, liaises with CRA and external auditors, maintains tax attributes, and supports tax research and analysis.

Coordinates industrial construction procurement administration, supplier onboarding and prequalification, contracts and compliance records, purchasing support, tender information, procurement systems, reporting, and user training. Maintains supplier and pricing data, resolves invoice and documentation discrepancies, supports procurement workflows across multiple platforms, and improves procedures, data quality, governance, and user adoption.

Prepare consolidated and standalone financial statements for complex real estate entities, manage month/quarter/year-end close, perform GAAP-based analysis and intercompany reconciliations, support budgeting/forecasting, liaise with auditors, and drive process improvements and system/reporting enhancements.

Perform full-cycle bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, cash transfers, GST remittances, tax support, and audit-ready documentation. Assist with quarterly reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, pro forma reporting, and legal document processing. The role supports senior accounting staff and deal teams while maintaining accurate financial records and handling sensitive information.

Administer and secure Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, implement identity and endpoint security controls, automate operational tasks with PowerShell/Azure CLI, provide Tier 3 support, coordinate incident response with MDR/XDR partners, manage networking and infrastructure, and produce operational and security reporting.

Manage CRM (HubSpot) operations, reporting, and data integrity across systems; build dashboards and automation; support investment, sales, marketing, and people operations; run project workflows and onboarding; use AI tools to accelerate reporting and data cleaning; execute system implementations and continuous process improvements.

Manage financial performance of construction and development projects: job costing, cash flow and proforma modeling, bank draws, billings, lender/JV reporting, GL/WIP reconciliation, audit preparation, and Procore/Yardi integration support.
