Lead a portfolio company’s software engineering function by writing production code, modernizing its software development lifecycle, coaching engineers, setting the product roadmap with the GM, and implementing AI-enabled development and product capabilities. The role requires rapidly adapting to varied technology stacks, improving legacy systems without rewrites, and operating independently while collaborating directly with operators and customers.

Provide live chat and ticket support for Membee’s SaaS platform, create help content and in-product guidance, improve the AI support agent, reduce ticket volume through root-cause analysis, test product updates, document usability issues, and refer churn or upsell signals to Customer Success. This is a remote, one-year parental-leave contract with possible extension.
