As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design and build highly reliable backend services, optimize data infrastructure, and mentor team members.

Own deployment, adoption, and outcomes for a portfolio of ~10 strategic accounts. Lead deployment planning and implementation, manage risks, monitor health with AI signals, drive product adoption, build success plans and executive business reviews, partner with sales on renewals/expansion, surface customer feedback, and develop repeatable playbooks to scale customer outcomes.
