Manages end-to-end recruitment operations, including workforce planning, job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and hiring communications. Maintains ATS data, recruitment reports, workflows, dashboards, and AI-assisted tools. Coordinates onboarding and offboarding, supports talent-management initiatives, and improves recruitment processes and systems. Requires strong organization, communication, judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Support the investment banking advisory team by producing business development content, market analyses, and presentations; conduct research and financial screening using databases; apply AI to improve content production and processes; manage outreach campaigns, CRM, and marketing materials; collaborate with senior partners to prioritize opportunities and support client development.
