Own the global Marketplace P&L, forecasting, margin analysis, KPI reporting, and predictive financial models. Forecast existing customer ARR and NRR, analyze customer and redemption behavior, and identify expansion opportunities. Partner with Finance, Customer Success, Merchandising, Product, BI, IT, and vendors to improve marketplace performance. Build analytics infrastructure, dashboards, executive reporting, and customer-level operating plans while supporting strategic decisions, pricing, promotions, and product ROI assessments.

Owns day-to-day Deal Desk execution for new, expansion, and renewal deals, including pricing, discount approvals, contract structuring, and complex deal support. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to improve deal velocity, pricing integrity, and revenue outcomes. Builds pricing frameworks, approval governance, processes, playbooks, dashboards, and automation while mentoring analysts and enabling stakeholders through training.

Research, develop, and deploy ML/AI solutions that power product features. Collaborate with product, engineering, and client teams to analyze data, build models, operationalize MLOps workflows, and generate insights to improve customer and product outcomes.
