Drives new business revenue for the SMB segment by converting inbound restaurant-operator interest into customers. Responsibilities include conducting consultative product demos, managing sales pipelines, meeting MRR and ARR targets, using CRM, sales engagement, and AI tools, and providing product and sales-playbook feedback. The role requires strong discovery, customer communication, sales discipline, coaching receptiveness, and teamwork in a high-volume SaaS sales environment.

Provide frontline support to restaurant customers via chat, email, and phone; troubleshoot product issues; deliver basic product training and create materials; identify customer needs and product opportunities; track recurring issues and report bugs; collaborate with the Support team to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Build and deploy AI-powered automations across the business. Partner with teams to identify opportunities, redesign processes, integrate systems through APIs, and launch scalable workflows using LLMs, agents, and automation platforms. Document solutions, establish safeguards, enable adoption, and measure efficiency gains. The role requires strong ownership, responsible AI practices, business understanding, and hands-on experience with AI development, APIs, Python or similar languages, SQL, databases, and modern deployment tools.
