Trulioo, a Vancouver-based provider of enterprise identity verification solutions, announced three new additions to its executive leadership team. Chad Gerhardstein joins the company as chief risk and strategy officer, Danielle Holbrook Dunn will assume the role of chief transformation officer and Uri Zelmanovich will serve as chief financial officer.
The company’s platform provides identity verification and fraud prevention tools, helping enterprises make their digital trust infrastructure more resilient and scalable. Trulioo plans to advance its core products, which verify a business’s customers and AI agents, throughout 2026 and 2027. It plans to integrate AI more deeply across its platform and expand its data intelligence capabilities.
The new leadership appointments will help facilitate this goal. Coming from roles at Nuvei and PwC, Gerhardstein will oversee global risk, privacy and regulatory programs as chief risk and strategy officer. Holbrook Dunn will draw on her prior experience at Nuvei, leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives to help Trulioo scale its operations. Zelmanovich brings over two decades of experience to his role as CFO, and he will work to reinforce the company’s capital discipline and operational leverage.
