BIMM is booming, so we’re looking for a stellar Talent Acquisition Specialist (on contract) to join our team!

As we observe a hybrid model, this role will require you to be in office at BIMM HQ (Distillery District) up to 2 days per week.

Who we’re looking for 

Working alongside the Talent Team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will drive the charge on talent initiatives to find exceptional BIMMers and propel the business to new heights. Your adventure with the BIMM talent team will include: 

  • Owning a 360 recruitment focus on designated roles (Developers, Product Managers, Art Directors, etc.) 
  • Collaborating with teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into a positive candidate and interviewer experience 
  • Maintaining a high level of data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed 
  • Assisting to define processes that will add to the recruitment legacy we started, for years to come 
  • Representing the company and your team with integrity and professionalism at every internal and external touchpoint 
  • Being naturally curious - you research and like to hunt 
  • Bringing a high level of passion, positivity and energy to every touchpoint you have 

Requirements 

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a creative agency or high-growth start-up environment 
  • Previous experience with Greenhouse 
  • Proven ability to recruit for high demand roles  
  • Nature that is centered around creating an exceptional candidate experience 
  • Exceptional attention to detail 
  • High energy 

Nice to have 

  • Sales experience
