We’re growing — and we’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team! In this role, you’ll help us connect with new promotional products distributors who will benefit from our connect workflow platform. You’ll act as a brand ambassador and

🛠️ What You’ll Do
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels to generate leads.
- Qualify leads based on clearly-defined criteria before passing them to Account Executives.
- Research potential customers, identify decision-makers, and tailor outreach accordingly.
- Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions, outreach activities, and next steps in Hubspot.
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead-generation strategies, sharing insights from the frontlines.
- Consistently meet and exceed targets for calls, meetings booked, and qualified leads, driving success for yourself, the sales team, and for commonsku.
🔍 What You Bring
This role is perfect for someone who is looking to building their career in Sales, so we are open to different backgrounds that may or may not include directly similar experience:
- Previous experience in a Sales Development role
- Previous experience in a B2B SaaS environment in any customer facing role
- Previous experience in a Sales or Sales Development role in a SaaS-adjacent industry
- Heaps of drive to hit goals and retire quota
- Impeccable organization skills and the ability to stay focused on your tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ability to quickly build rapport
- Confidence in handling objections (and rejection)
- Willingness to be coached and bias for learning and growth
- Desire to grow your career in tech sales
- Experience working with AI tools to increase your impact and effectiveness.
- A great sense of humour!
- Bonus: previous experience in or exposure to the promotional products industry
💰 Compensation & Perks
We believe in fair, transparent compensation. The On-Target-Earnings for this role are $75,000 annually, made up of a starting base salary of $50,000 and a $25,000 uncapped commission target.

🌎 Location
This role is open to candidates eligible to work in Canada, with the exception of Quebec (we’re not set up to operate there yet — désolé!).
We’re remote-first, but if you’re based in Toronto, even better. That’s where we were founded and where we maintain our HQ today!
