Position Summary:

Thomson Power Systems is hiring a Recruiter to help us move fast and hire the right people across key areas like engineering, operations, supply chain, and customer support. You’ll own the recruitment process from start to finish, working closely with hiring teams to find and engage top talent. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and focused on delivering results while keeping the candidate and hiring manager experience front and center.

YOUR MISSION

Major Responsibilities:

  • Own the full recruitment process from intake to offer and onboarding handoff
  • Partner with hiring teams to fill roles across technical and corporate functions
  • Source proactively using job boards, sourcing tools, and direct outreach through industry networks
  • Deliver a smooth, professional experience for candidates and hiring teams
  • Use data and analytics to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring outcomes
  • Maintain organized workflows and documentation in Workday Recruit
  • Optimize use of recruitment tools (ATS, sourcing platforms, CRM) to support efficient hiring
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve recruitment practices and support workforce planning

ARE YOU THE ONE?

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience across hourly and salaried roles
  • Proficient with ATS systems (preferably Workday) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, and Indeed
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple requisitions
  • Experience using recruitment data to guide decisions and improve processes

Hourly Rate:

$26.5 - $31.5

We consider many factors including the successful candidate’s skillset and experience as well as internal equity. The final salary offer will be presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.
