Department: Product Operations  

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

As a Program Manager for Strategic Projects within the Product Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving and executing high-impact initiatives that support the company’s product strategy and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and Operations, to ensure alignment, timely execution, and delivery of key projects that support strategic objectives. 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Program Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple strategic projects across the product operations landscape, ensuring all objectives and timelines are met. 
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders from different departments to ensure clear communication, alignment on goals, and smooth project execution. 
  • Strategic Planning: Partner with leadership to identify and prioritize high-impact projects aligned with company objectives. Translate business goals into actionable project plans. 
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, workflows, and collaboration across product teams, driving operational excellence. 
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks to project delivery, implement mitigation strategies, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. 
  • Performance Tracking: Develop and monitor KPIs to assess the success and performance of the strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement. 
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate regular check-ins, presentations, and reports to update senior leadership and stakeholders on the status of strategic projects. 
  • Resource Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources and ensure that project teams are adequately supported. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, project management, or related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within the Product organization or a related function. 
  • Strong understanding of product management processes, agile methodologies, and product life cycles. 
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within scope. 
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Asana) and data analysis tools. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Master’s Degree 
  • PMI or Scrum Alliance (or similar) certifications in Program Manager, Project Manager, or Scrum. 
  • PMP is a plus. 

Compensation


This role offers a salary range of $80,000 – $115,000 CAD annually, commensurate with skills and experience. Kaseya also provides a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth.

 

Location

This role is based onsite in Downtown Vancouver.
