The mission of the Production Department is to manufacture world-class product that delivers on our Everyday Luxury promise.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Production team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of the team responsible for delivering finished goods that achieve Aritzia’s objectives for high quality products, timely delivery, and competitive costing. As the Senior Manager/Manager, Denim Production, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and upholding the Creative Design vision through production, ensuring precise allocation, strategic negotiation, and seamless execution. THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager/Manager, Denim Production, you will:

  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
  • Partner with Technical Development to develop the highest quality product in alignment with the creative vision & defined standards, using industry leading practices
  • Contribute to establishing the approach for world-class leather goods production at Aritzia
  • Understand our assortment & business to build a production plan that accelerates Aritzia’s growth
  • Negotiate the best possible production lead-times without compromising quality
  • Negotiate the best possible production margins without compromising quality or lead-times
  • Ensure world-class execution, delivering high quality, timely, and cost-effective products

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Manager/Manager, Denim Production has:

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in apparel and accessories production and product component timeline and costing negotiation
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
  • Experience developing Denim Product

THE COMPENSATION   

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus.
