Summary

We’re hiring a high-horsepower operator to support our lean and mighty People team. We are looking for someone who is sharp, hungry, and motivated to drive impact. You will be driving key initiatives that ladder up to business outcomes. This is a 3-month contract with potential to convert to a full-time position if the candidate is highly impactful.

Your mission

Empower and retain an exceptionally impactful team

What you will do
  • Drive People programs

    • Design and execute engagement survey

    • Design and execute performance cycle

    • Brainstorm how to incentivize and reward productivity gains via AI

  • Run day-to day operations

    • Address employee HR questions with empathy and care

    • Own seamless onboarding and offboarding workflows

    • Continuously improve People processes & policies to maximize compliance, operational efficiency, and cost efficiency

  • 3+ years of experience in people operations or business-strategy roles (management consulting, operations at a startup, etc.)

    • Administers systems with strong record-keeping, documentation, and punctuality

    • Hungry to learn & grow as a leader

The hourly rate for this position is $65/hr - $85/hr. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of job-related factors including relevant skills, education, and experience.
